Operating principle

Low Density Cleaners is based on the principle of the vortex centrifugal separation,a certain pressure slurry along the tangent direction into the inlet, with high-speed vortex running in the cone seperator body.Axial vortex near the separator wall in the directed toward the end of the cone,the heave impuriities in the slurry is thrown to the wall,along the spiral grooves that from the bottom reject the slags.Accepts run to the separator tube center become  the main pulp flow,and come out from the upper accepts outlet,then come into the next process.
